The Integrity Engine is a household management platform that provides tools for habit tracking, project prioritization, household maintenance scheduling, family documentation, and related features. The Service is designed for personal and family use.

7. AI Features
Certain features of the Service may use artificial intelligence, including photo verification for habit tracking. By using these features, you consent to the processing of your submitted images by AI systems. We do not use your images to train AI models.
8. Legacy Vault (Premium Feature)
The Legacy Vault feature allows you to store sensitive documents. While we employ industry-standard encryption and security measures, we strongly recommend maintaining offline backups of critical documents. The Service is not intended to replace professional legal, financial, or estate planning services.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
